Q: I cannot sign into my profile; I have forgotten my password:
A: Click on Sign In, then click on Login difficulties? and complete the required information. The system will send you a "Forgotten Password Recovery" email containing a link. Please click on the link to reset your password. This email is only valid for 12 hours after which it expires.

Q: I submitted the forgotten password process, but I received an email to say that my email address is not recognised:
A: The system cannot find a registered profile with your email address. Click on Sign In, then click on Login difficulties?, then click on the "Forgotten email?" link and complete the required information. A notification of your query will be sent to us.

A: Click on Sign In, then click on Login difficulties?, then click on the "Forgotten email?" link and complete the required information. A notification of your query will be sent to us.

Q: I am trying to register a new profile and the system says that my email address already exists:
A: This means you already have a registered profile. If you cannot remember the password: Click on Sign In, then click on Login difficulties? and complete the required information. The system will send you a "Forgotten Password Recovery" email containing a link. Please click on the link to reset your password. This email is only valid for 12 hours after which it expires.

Q: I no longer have access to my email address I registered with:
A: Click on Sign In, then click on Login difficulties?, then click on the "Forgotten email?" link. Complete the required information and in the "Other Identifying Information" input of the form, provide your new email address. A notification of your query will be sent to us.

What to do if I get error messages?
1. Ensure that all required fields have been completed and are in the correct format.
2. Please refresh your computer or please try the process on another computer.
